Dont underestimate the efforts of some guys running around in the lower grades. Take a look at a norths team who has seen off some tough times and after turning it around last year, looks set to match or better that performance. When 25 local guys rock up to pre-season training, for nothing more than a pair of shorts and a game of footy, you have to ask what they are doing right. Treating players well and concentrating on footy rather than politics could be the answer.
