Due to the news of a thirroul reunion to be held in August , i feel the club should follow the lead of several nrl clubs and name a team of the century. Heres a shortlist of recent players who will jostle for positions.

Gavin Aitken- Who will ever forget the sight from the stands of gav aitken running onto a liam wilson special, busting the dapto line, running under the posts arma otstreched. Aka " Gary Ashburner" also came up with a victory dance that will go down in the hall of shame.

Troy Green_ Green has been a stalwart for the club before his million dollar transfer to norths. The sight of the bug pulling up to training in a greens bus was a releif to many unfit players who used him as a benchmark.

I call upon any reders to send in any players they feel should be in the running.

Len Barton- This man nearly shed the club of any female supporters with his animal like talk. His use of profanity has never been challenged.

Darren Kirk- Darren played with his heart and was on the verge of selection in the divisional team before retiring prematurly.

Rob Whitefeild- Puddy was the number one hooker in town for several years. He also was cut short of a marvellous career and recently was besides Jones in several winning sides.

I will be posting new names each week for the team it should be a cracker.
