I almost walked out the first time I went in - but got talking to a girl that worked there who really put me at ease.

You're your own person - don't worry about what people think of you! Keep your head high and ignore the looks. People are really nice - it just takes a bit of effort to realise it.

Go in - have a drink and dance the night away if you have to do it alone then do as Nike say 'just do it'!!!! People are almost always friendly on the dance floor - if you stand in the corner tho you're gonna be worrying more about others eyes on u then just having a good time.

The best advice I got in Candy was to keep coming back if you wanna be comfortable......so I do!!
