Spirit approaches her slowly with caution, hopeing not to scare her. He stops just 2 feet away from her. "Well I think it's a grand herd. And since you like it, how would you like to be a part of it? I promise, not even the greatest horses will get past me. My herd is my top priority. I will even give my live for my mares. A stallion is allowed to claim a mare he wants and she'll have to follow him even if she doesn't want to. But I'm not that type. I'm generously giving you a choice. Do you accept my offer?" His voice is very soothing and calm. He perks up his ears and waits for an answer. Sweat trickles down his forehead and drips into the river. He waits nervously.

His neigh echoes in the distance. He drops back on his front hooves. He smiles widely. "Great! You don't have to stay in then Sugar Tops now. You can roam. You're my new mare! Since you agree, I claim you. You now belong to the Yarrow Plains Herd." Spirit rears up again and neighs.

She smiled at Spirit's elation and nodded calmly in return
"Very well, shall I meet you there?"
Not waiting for his reply, she turned around and accelerated. The wind whipped her mane back as she fair flew across the terrain, hoves pounding mercilessly at the ground. She threw a look back at Spirit, wondering if he would follow.

Spirit neighs to her worriedly. "I'm sorry dear Twilight. But I've just received news that one of my mares in in trouble. I'll have to find her. I'll have to leave you now. But I'll come back. GoldenWings will watch over you." Spirit neighs again and speeds off.
