Since you're already a threat, make use of it. It's gonna happen whether you like it or not.

Spirits like this seek out people to fight with. I've found myself sought out by spirits for battle in the past. Banish them from one person, they find another person to possess, and come after you again. They crave this kind of attention, and they love war. Not doing anything about this spirit will actually cause more trouble than fighting it.

Ask for help from local spiritual leaders. You don't need to do this alone because it could be dangerous for you and she.

Also, please remember that something was wrong before the spirit entered her. Some sort of counseling and therapy, maybe even medical treatment may be necessary to help heal the original wound, whatever it is.
