Subject: Maypearl Dedication

First of all,i would like to thank the grays that gave up their sunday, veterans weekend,to drive a 100 miles to honor a confederate soldier.The weather was great,and the best of the best showed up...It takes a special person to do what we do.Not everyone understands or wants to sacrifice their weekends to do this.We are experincing a growth spurt in the ranks sooner than i expected.So changes in the command staff will be implemented.The impact in our community is overwellming,and offers for support and request for dedications are being recieved dailey.Various historical organizations are represented in the ranks,as well as reinacting units.It is the policy of the Confederate Grays to have open elistment,to any and all individuals who feel the need and desire to honor their ancestor and the confederate soldier.Please feel free to post here any questions or comments that you might have.Leonard Newmans family was overwelmed by your profesionalism and kindness to them...HONOR&SERVE Randy Arrick
