Subject: Albin Cemetery Dedication Ceremony

I can only echo David W's sentiments regarding this event. Yes, it's true, there were only three Grays participating, and we had a couple of reenactors fall in with us. It made no difference to the organizers or the families of the Confederate veterans that we were few in number.

We were extremely well received by all in attendance. It is always the heartfelt thanks of the descendents of these honored veterans that makes it all worthwhile.

Yes, it was a long drive to Comanche County, but I have never felt more satisfied and happy to have been a participant.

I hope we see more Grays in attendance at Maypearl!

Thanks, David!
