I'm off at school so I'm not really in the area anymore, but I'd be glad to help with something like that. Honestly, I bet that if you really advertised the idea to area schools with tons of flyers and things like that, charging extra or asking for donations at the few venues that shows are at now might raise enough. Maybe even do a fundraiser like a marathon... find a venue and have bands do super-long sets and have people pledge money for the bands for X amount of money per song or minute. Anything is possible... hell, especially in a town like Naperthrill where the kids are way too rich and way too bored... people are probably all to eager to help. Maybe people could go around to area businesses and ask for donations- adults like giving money to kids that seem to be doing something constructive. I've got all kinds of ideas... drop me a line.
