saya sebenarnya setuju ji dengan pokok pemikiranmu. tapi kayaknya temang ko belum ambil mata kuliah hukum internasional. karena dalam buku yaNG SAYA tulis jelas disebutkan kalo perjanjian antara negara-negara akan menjadi hukum bagi negara-negara yang ikut dalam perjanjian itu. akan halnya perjanjian belanda inggris, diteruskan oleh indo-malay, karena belum ada perjanjian baru, jadi itu mi yang berlaku sampe ada perjanjian baru. eee itu ji yang ku tau' sudah mi naaah
