This years Trading Deadline is looking to be the busiest in TBL history. The NL needs to replace Cresci and is in need of either an outfeilder or first baseman. They have expressed heavy interest in big money man Greg Douglas. THe problem is the NL does not have the money to pay him and will need the FL to pick up part of the contract. The NL has been shopping Joe Cardaccio and Gary Lawrence as trade bait.

The AL is looking for a first baseman and is very interested in FL veteran Jared Nicastro, he will provide the needed leadership in the clubhouse for rookie Matt Colford and the up and down Rollercoaster Moroney. There have been heavy trade talks between the FL and AL for a Demarco for Nicastro swap.

If the FL loses its next game it has been rumored to want to dump payroll. Brown, Greg Douglas, and Nicastro are all in danger of being shipped away.
