eveyone brings up a good point with this rule. and its about time it was discused. i feal that there should be no leading untill the ball is released from the pitchers hand , and when it is only a side step or a walk is alowed off the bag , no running. abviously some kind of rule is going to be in place , but hey matty , what would be the result of someone leading or running off the bag ? automatic out ?
