My Dear Mr. Bart;
It seems our mutual friend Aggie has been very busy asking not only me, but my daughter as well to take pen in hand, as it were, and write to you. My dear daughter just explained to me that you are confused as to whom is writing. Please be assured that it is I, Gwendolyn Theresa here at the moment. My dear daughter, Little Bitty penned the previous missive. As the only heir to my estate you must realize that she is simply concerned for my welfare; although sometimes she becomes a trifle overprotective. Thus, I must be very circumspect, which, of course goes without saying as I do have my reputation to uphold.
I did mention to Ms. Aggie that I was in contact with you, and read your last message to her. She was amazed that you still had not finished the outside toilet, since you had promised her that you would finish it posthaste quite a good time ago. Be that as it may, Dear Sir, I cannot even think of visiting your fair land until that job is finished. I cannot imagine no inside facilities, let alone outside privys! Heavens. There seems to be quite a few things of which I should be made aware. Perhaps getting to know one another would be the first step.
I will have my secretary contact our law firm and perhaps they will be able to establish an introduction with your solicitor with the rather strange name.
I will end now, but must say that I am rather confused at your last statement regarding said solicitor being a good match for myself. Also I would like to know if you have an airport locally where I can land.
With Warm, If Confused Wishes, I remain,
GOT
