Northern or Southern? I can help you with Northern area. Any of the limited draw areas in Utah are good for elk but expect competition. Get out and watch in April just before they drop. Same thing goes in March for the deer. Northern areas that are good are any sunny southern or west facing slopes at least 2 miles back in from any road.

Try Causey reservoir, Lost Creek area, and Henefer areas.
