 I have sleep paralysis all the time. I get it about 3 times a week. I have been trying for a long time to produce an oobe out of one but always fail. I have heard exit noises and felt presences but I always loose it. Anybody have any advice. Please e-mail me Nick_petrovicg@yahoo.com
