Hearing a male's howl, he stops. A male would mean a stronger opponent than his brother to wrestle with. Trying to find the location of the howl, his sniffs around.

The red pup sees the male crouching behind the grass. Deciding that he was trying to play hide and seek, he lept onto the male, barking his victory.

Hearing his brother's barks, the grey pup runs over and sees him. Growling at his brother to get off, he crouches low as an invitation to wrestle.
