I have been away from running for a while, but look to pick it up a litte, not to be competative but to shed a few pounds, and maybe run a fall half marathon.E-mail me back to let me know how many miles you run now, and what has been your longest run so far. I might be able to set you up to run a good mini.I am not worried about speed and distance.
