Well, you'd need 3 feats to get there which means you'd need to go to 3rd level to get it.

If melee and ranged are verboten with Rapid Shot then your 3 attacks would have all be ranged and would require Quick Draw to pull off. (5th level)

I think you'd do better to spend feats to improve your Sneak chances. Since you are allowed to move and attack in any order, you could become a Spring Attack type with Dodge/Mobility or Skill Focus Tumble. Combat Expertise/Improved Feint is another powerful combo. Both will improve your defenses too which you should find quite useful being one of reduced hp.
