I don't have the rules facing me as I type, but, I believe tanks and planes can move 2 regions. As in, they start at A, skip B, and end at C.

Now if B is occupied by neutrals or another player, than the attack stops at B, unless the attacking player decides to use just their planes to attack C.

It should be called attack_complete.doc (one note, it does has an error in part of the text, which I corrected....hopefully it doesn't have any more errors)
