Shrill whinny is heard an' th' mare canters in, midnight banner streaming behind. She stops an' looks about with liquid brown orbs, taking in the euphoric scene of mares grazing contently an' foals cavorting in th' distance. She pauses an' tosses her dial as forelegs are flung high up, dancing in th' sweet air. Brought back down with a satisfied nicker. She looks at her surroundings for th' sight of th' leading stally, Cherokee.
