Ewan McGregor is a plausible actor but we feel that he wouldn't quite fit the "Bond/007" mold.

Adrian Paul we believe would be a far superior candidate even if he has been called "rough" around the edges when this issue was discussed with the powers that be. The new generation of Bond fans would probably enjoy Adrian's rough qualities in the role.

We believe that a staunch attempt to retain the "Bond qualities" of the 1960's would be a barrier in as far as introduction of new fans to the genre.

My wife likes the idea of Adrian as much if not more than Sean Connery if that tells you anything.
