Santa Is Hiding All The Magazines



Hi this is Caryl... and I wanted to let everyone know that "Pride of Pageantry Magazine"... went out on Dec. 4th & 6th.... I called the Post Office to see what the delay was and to make sure they went out, and they did... I've been seeing posts and getting emails about not receiving this months Holiday issue. Just so everyone knows, when subscriptions go BULK MEDIA it has a 3 to 14 day processing. When they reach it's destination Post Office it's the last mail to be processed. This often delays the processing to you - especially this time of year. Which I'm very sorry for.

I did learn this morning, after again calling my Post Office, that Bulk Media mail can also go out as "Dated Material", and I'll be making that change with a printed stamp from now on to ensure they arrive on time. Please accept my sincere apology for the delay.

I believe there is a form also, to help with delays of Bulk Mail.. #PS 4314-C. You can also demand a Publication Watch ... with your Post Office.

This issue, First Class mail, was accidentally mixed in with the Bulk Mail. Sorry to say, they are also in that mess. Accidents happen in this mad rush we call Life. I am truly sorry. If you have subscribed as First Class Mail, please email me and as a good faith gesture, I will offer you a Comp or Centerfold photo contest entry FREE as an Apology.

For those of you that say you have never received your POP subscription or received one or two then nothing after that, please email me IMMEDIATELY. I switched mailing programs some time back and it is conceivable that you might have been dropped from the new mailing list when it was merged. Again, please email me IMMEDIATELY so I make sure you are on my mailing list. If you don't email me I will assume you are getting all your issues, except for this Holiday one.

Please remember also, that Bulk Mail is never forwarded. If you have moved recently, I will need to have NEW addresses.

Once again, my apologies for the tardiness of this months magazine - I will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn't happen again.
