I have a stinky Pei, out of 3. Shampoos with oatmeal are good and cool water baths. Your Pei just has a bit more oil in the skin that can cause odor. I keep mine bathed regularly, it helps, but make sure the water is cool, warm or hotter water will increase the odor.
I have also used the body sprays you get at Bath and Body works, I use the sage and something, lol, it is green. Not all of them smell good on the dogs! Even the doggie sprays you can get will also carry an odor after a day or two.
Good luck!
