Big Sandy Creek Bass Club had 9 teams compete in the second tournament of 2003. 35 bass weighed in at 80.94.

First place went to David Gandaria and Daniel Gibson with 6 fish weighing 19.01. Their primary pattern was fishing the channel that runs into the discharge with spoons and Little George's. Their secondary pattern was fishing jigs in the timber, laydowns, and brush near creek channels.

Second place went to Dean Alexander and Donnie Merritt with 7 fish weighing 14.39. They reported catching fish on a grass line on the intake side of the lake using watermelon red brushhogs.
