Subject: There's already a band named DECONTROL...........

there's been a band from Philly since the mid 80s called DECONTROL. They're one of the first punk bands from the Philly area. They just played the Pontiac Grille on South St.
( I guess you gotta watch that "who's been using the name first shit, huh?)
