Subject: Change is bad, we fear change

Ok, we (DECONTROL) must change our name or be sued by the guys from Philly that hold the trademark to the name, a band that hasn't been around for over ten years. What is really fucked up about the situation is that they tink that we are cashing in off their name. Last I checked, NO ONE around here has ever heard of them. Oh yeah check them out at http://www.virgilavery.com/meet.htm and see why it is absolutely ridiculous that we could EVER be confused for them.

The official name change will be announced at tonight's show with the NY Rel-x.
