Subject: About that damn sniper situation...

This sniper in the Baltimore/D.C. area has got a lot of people on edge. Everybody wants to know who is doing this and why but there is very little evidence to point to anyone and the notes that are supposedly being left by the sniper are extremely questionable.

So, here's my theory:
I do not think that the same person has pulled the trigger more than once. I believe that the sniper is a team of people that are each shooting once and disappearing. This would hurt the police investigation because they are trying to link all the shootings together. However, If a different person shot each time, this would be nearly impossible to do.

Just my thoughts, any other opinions?
