Yes - the Copple Crown kiosk is still there.

You approach the mountain from the old Moose Mountain ski area and park at the end of the road. Take the dirt road and bear to the right at the fork. You will walk the dirt road for a stretch and cross a couple of lovely streams before you see the kiosk on the left - up on a short side spur. There is a new trail entrance to go up the mountain prior to the kiosk and you may go that way as well.
