Most trails in Southern NH do not allow camping, and the longer trails cross roads frequently (but that may be OK for your first overnight)

See http://www.msgtc.org/ for a sketch map of the Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway which has several campsites but would require out-and-back hike rather than loop

The Wild River area is a much longer drive, it just became an official Wilderness but is less visited than those farther S. You can hike in the Wild River Trail http://hikenh.netfirms.com/TDWildRv.htm
and make side loops as desired

Anybody else want to chime in?
