Subject: Spur Trail-Bald Mt, Hancock, NH

I hiked the Tamposi trail on Bald Mountain last Saturday and came across a trail called the "Spur" trail marked with blue markers. According to the map, it is 3 miles long and leads South to a lookout. Has anyone here ever hiked this trail and if so, can you confirm the 3 mile length and if there is a decent view from the lookout? Time constraints put an end to any ideas of hiking this trail at least until another time. But the curiousity factor is pretty high!
