Mascu' growls softly in return. He would have been more open with the fem' if she would be with him, but since that was not to happen, he would give her the cold shoulder. Plume rises to full height as he turns his back on the tempermental alpha, his fur bristling ever so slightly. He returns his attention to the new pack member and pushes all thoughts of Zoa out of his immediate thought range.
