There was no doubt that Night's Eclipse had fallen as a rabid wolf. The fem' had not been seen at the wise healer or at the vet's. He had gone to the vet's as quickly as possible when he heard. If she were alive, she would have been there. Soft pads carry him towards a lone hill. Upon reaching the hill's top, the alpha tells the world of his loss in a mournful song.
