Hovel of...Doom.
No, it isn't the nicest house ever. But it works. The front of the house appears to be some sort of modern art - apparently the architect had fun with this one. Inside, the place isn't dirty, but the paint is peeling in a few rooms, and the furniture is comfy but relativley old. There's only the large living room, the kitchen and a bathroom on the bottom floor, and the top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Nevertheless, it's a house, and taking it over for their friend (who can't bear to sell it, even though he's moved) is a great way to save the cash.
