I can't delete that; but, upon reflection, I've decided I'd rather just let this die as opposed to trying to start some sort of pre-pubescent internet feud. I apologize, and I hope you realize that it really is ridiculous how people have been treating each other. I don't know if you're on the club team or not, but this is childish and needs to stop. I enjoy playing on the team, and while maybe I'm not as good as whoever you are; and, I haven't taken the sport seriously at all - I'm trying to start taking it seriously. I'm going to work harder than you, and while you might be better than me - I don't even care. I'm not playing for you, I'm playing to make this team as good as it can possibly be. Whether that be emotional or physical support, I'm going to do the best I can to continue that. This club has a legacy that we're destroying by alienating people that aren't in the club and setting up some sort of massive volleyball cliche that I think has decreased our talent pool substantially from years past. (I mean, I made the team last year, so that's got to be an indication, right?) ;) I'm not saying we need to invite every Joe Scrub to practice since I think we all remember how Jonathan was, but we need to at least pretend to show some sort of courtesy to people at the rec and try to invite people with potential or at least enthusiasm to practice. Of course, I'm just kinda typing and not trying to single people out because it's obviously frustrating playing with someone who is useless, but no reason to be a dick about it like we've seen at multiple times.
