 Howdy Ags!

I want to make an official announcement that Alumni Weekend 2007 is officially set for Friday October 19th thru Sunday October 21st. All former players and there families are invited and we hope to have a large turn out for this years event as we are celebrating the clubs 20th Anniversary of intercollegiate competition. As many of you know from receiving letters and e-mails, this weekend has been in planning since March. Everyone on the team is excited to see the former players back in action on the court.

Weekend events are set as follows:

Friday night: Meet at a restauant for dinner and good times! Location currently being decided.

Saturday: Breakfast around 9 or 10.

High Noon: Volleyball tournament at the Rec Center.

Game time: Catored BBQ Dinner in the Rec Center's Garden Room...Drink reservations are in progress. If we can only serve water/juice, we will probably watch the game elsewhere. Either way, good times and BTHO Nebraska!

Saturday Night: Who knows??? (wink, nudge)

Sunday Morning: Golf Tournament (course TBD)

As you can tell, the time frame of most events is up in the air. This largely depends on the scheduling of the Football game. We have the Rec Center courts reserved all day, so our day is flexable.

Other weekend details:

-We are reserving a hotel block for Alumni and there family. If you are interested, let me know.

-The Rec Center facilities will be available to all of our guests (families, ect). Children must be supervised at all times. I imagine we'll play on 3 of the 4 reserved courts, so the 4th will be open for use. Also, the sand courts and pool (if still open) are available.

-Please RSVP to me at ScottHHenning@gmail.com. I need to get a hotel room count 2 weeks before the event. I will know which hotel we will use by this Friday, Sept. 21

Please, check the message board frequently as all changes and updates will be made here, as well as through email as best possible.

I hope to see everyone back in College Station for Alumni Weekend 2007! It should be the biggest Alumni Weekend to date!
