Me and two friends from Round Rock are looking for a fourth roomate to live with us this next year. It is a 9 month lease from Aug to May, about $310 per month, plus utilities. The fourth was going to be Adam but he might not be coming back from Chicago so we need a new roomate. The place is Lance's condo on SW Parkway with a pool and hot tub 10' away from our windows. Let me know if you want to join in, it'll be sweet!
