Vacant is not a good word when you own condos, so as you might have already guessed I am desperately trying to get them rented out ASAP and I am willing to accept a VERY REDUCED rate. So I am going to throw this out there like they do it on Unsolved Mysteries... If you, or anyone you know, has any information that leads up to the (here's where it changes) LEASING of either of these University Place condos, you will receive a cash reward of (this part is good so pay attention)...$100! Thats $100 per condo. Ok, so its not much but it could definitely pay for a keg or two at the SIVA Championship celebration party after you guys beat the hell outta everyone you play.
