The Rain


They walk hand in hand
Through the wheat field
The soft tassels brushing their skin

Bathing in the light of the
Setting sun

He runs his fingers through her
Long main of hair

Starting at her temple
Moving his way back to the
Nape of her neck

Drawing her closer
They embrace
She’s longed to hold him

Wrapping her arms around
His torso
Looking into his eyes
She understands his longing

She to feels it
Deep inside

He moves closer taking her in
The sweat smell of her skin
He can taste
The sweet nectar
Upon his lips

The gentle perfume
Adheres to his every pore

He bends down
Touching her tender lips
Moist and trembling


Letting him inside
They breathe as one

The night moves in
The wind pushes the
Oncoming storm closer

They lay together
Hidden in the twilight

His hands move gently across her
Shoulders sending waves of
Chills through her body

The fire between them grows
Stronger as the wind calls
Upon the storm

The rain begins to fall
Onto the two lovers

Blanketing their bodies
Like a sheet moving
In the wind

They head no notice
To the on pouring rain

For they have begun to
Dance in the flames of desire

Her hunger grows
His hands hold her fragile
Body, closer to his own
Calming her trembling spirit

Their limbs
Entwine deeper

Her fingers dig deeper
Into the small of his back

Beckoning him closer



His lips touch
The soft skin just
Below her shoulder

His lips dance across
The skin of her cheek

Into her hair
He stops just above
Her ear

He exhales
His hot breathe

She pulls him closer

Her wet and tangled
Hair rests on her
Face

She radiates a beauty
Of that of an angle
That has graced the
Earth

They move through
The night shining
Like diamonds in the sky

The rays of the rising sun grace
The two souls
Resting in each others arms
In sweat bliss

She lies upon his
Chest listening to
His heart

He moves his hand
Through her moist hair






I awake from this dream
Rising up drawing in the night air.

For this dream has taken my
Breath away and stole a beat from my
Restless heart

Gazing out of my bedroom window
Sheets of rain fall from the heavens

The sound of the thunder still rolls of
The hills

Lighting flashes

Taking my vision
My eye’s close in reaction

There she is silhouetted against
The sky

I can still hear her heart beat
Beckoning me

Clearing my vision
I take another deep breath

The sweet smell of her skin
Fills my senses

I lay awake

Covered in the rain pouring in
Through my window.
