my sorrow
seeps from
my eyes as
i sleep.
this achingly
slow inertia
sending me through
warped voids of dementia.
the very marrow drips from
my poisoned pores
in all its splendor!
i must bestow upon you
a question, my dear,
sweet madness--
shall i bequeath my bones
to the sands of time?-
or do you prefer i
rot with them?
