But who gives a shit


Amidst the mud, gore blood and snot
how raging those waves flood,
takes more than my eye to say
where the sea becomes sifting sand.
Walking as if couldn’t care anymore
for the constant effort,
knowing no other way to feel alive
but the sight of my naked bone,
I still heal, and the blood runs red.
Take me as I am, or not as the case;
blow me away, as you will
I can see the shine in my life,
with no disrespect, it is not god.
And I know for a fact
if I sat down to wait for long enough
the weariness would weigh on my heart
then love will not have graced another day,
and I don’t want to die, knowing that.
