Thanks for your thoughts here, you are quite right, the two
pieces you have commented on here are not particularly
profound, or strong.

I write all kinds of poetry, and share your views re stringing
pretty words together.

My work varies, as does the inspiration behind the work,
I know that not every piece I post will be brilliant, and
some pieces might only really be understod fully by people
who have some insight into who and what I am.

I do however have my moments, and on a good day can produce
work which is excelllent.

If you stick around or read more of this board, you might
realise that fact.
I am grateful for your comments, as they reinforce what I
already know, and I know that I need to work harder.
But then if every piece I wrote happened to be brilliant,
I would most likely give up writing and find a new challenge.
As far as I am concerned, painting and creative writing,
are two interests I have, that I will never get the better of,
but I do know I have talent in abundance.

Maybe you might like to share some work of your own here.
I assume you write, or have some knowledge which places you
in a position of knowing what is, or is not, good work.

I look forward to reading this work if it exists,
once again thanks for taking the time to share your views.
