So great to hear from you girls! It's fun to see where everyone is and what you're all doing. Looks like there are 3 of us in NY - the rest of you need to come visit!

Emily, yes I know the Linds! They are actually in my ward. They live on Roosevelt Island, so not right in the city where we are, but they are in my ward. They are primary teachers and I am in the presidency so I see a lot of them. Small world! Oh, and my husband works for Goldman Sachs too.

Which brings me to Elisa's question - yes, Brad is in investment banking. He really likes it, but the hours are rough. Like, really rough. We've gotten very used to it over the last 4 years, and luckily it's slowly gotten better and better. But on average, he gets home around midnight each night. Sometimes a lot later. I am really lucky to have good friends here who have husbands doing the same thing, so we can support each other. And, yes, I am staying at home since having Avery, which I love.
