1. On Friday Ryan passed his 2nd kidney stone in 2 months. We are REALLY hoping this trend does not continue--I can't handle much more and neither can he!
2. The Roto Rooter man came to unclogg our bathtub drain for the 2nd time in 1 month and he tells me we need to replace the plumbing.
3. Our garbage disposal--the ONLY part of our old kitchen we were able to save in the remodeling--died yesterday. And now I'm thinking rather fondly of those good ol' renting days when I could just put in a maintenance request . . . ;)
4. I got called to be the beehive adviser in my ward last month and I love it. I especially love it when the girls show up on Sunday for my lessons! (I only have 4 beehives and 3 are inactive.)
5. I talked Ryan into joining the ward choir with me. Yesterday was our first practice and performance and he actually enjoyed it. yeah! He has a great voice, he just has bad memories of the 'weird' high school choir people.
6. My living room couches are STILL wrapped in celophane because our stupid fireplace remodeling is taking F-O-R-E-V-E-R. Really. I'm even starting to wonder if it's going to be done by Christmas.
7. I hadn't balanced my checkbook for 3 months and I just did this morning. For the life of me I can't figure out why my checkbook shows $134. 32 more than my online banking record. Grrrr.
8. I decided I want to send out *real* Christmas cards this year. This is a big step for me. :)
9. One of my board members had a package deal at the San Francisco 4 Seasons hotel that he and his wife can't use--so Ryan and I get to go to San Fran over New Year's Eve!
10. Emily, Joe and Ruby looked adorable in their Halloween costumes. Thanks for sending the pics! :)
