Poppy Seed Chicken

Mix
6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped into pieces
3/4 C melted butter
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 16 oz carton of sour cream

Topping
2 tubes crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 C melted butter
1 T poppy seeds

Put the chiken mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.

This recipe can, obviously, easily be halved. And if you want to do it low fat, use low fat sour cream, and leave out ALL the butter. It works just fine, and still tastes great!!
