Friday was my last day at work, I cleaned out my desk. Friday night we went to a St. Patrick's Day party (we have some friends who throw parties for any excuse they can think of, and ALL of their parties are COSTUME parties...) so we had to dress up with something green. Joe told me decidedly that he wanted me to wear a green belly shirt, and paint my pregnant tummy with a giant shamrock. I told him only if he did it too. So we got some green DI shirts, and painted our tummies. It was actually really fun, because everyone at the party was so excited to see my bear belly and give me lots of attention. It's the first time I've really shown anyone my tummy besides my siblings. I was kind of shy, but I also felt proud. ;-) I'll email you guys a photo.

Anyway, on Saturday Joe read some of his writing at the Graduate Student Confrence at BYU. It was nice to go listen to him, and see him with his colleagues--and get some recognition after his hard work. I'm so happy I married him, and it is really fun to have so much in common.

After that I went to another baby-shower. Then came home to a messy house, and took a nap. After my nap we decided to take all the loose change we have been collecting for the last 7 months, and go to dinner. It was either going to be KFC 99 cent chicken sandwiches, or Stan's Diner--depending on how much change we had. We had $8.39, so we went to Stan's, and spent $8.34--they had really good fries, and we shared a giant cheese burger and an order of scones. Luckily, the cashier was really sweet, and there was no one behind us, so they didn't mind when we dumped all our change on the counter and began counting.

Today I sub taught the CTR 7 primary class. It was fun, they are so cute. I wouldn't want to do it every Sunday, but to sub occasionally is fun.
