At work we give recruiters a little gift bag with snacks, water, tissue, etc. Awhile ago we realized our bags of chips were stale--so we had to take them out to replace them. Beneath my desk is a HUGE box, probably about the same size box as your oven. We decided this was a good place to put the stale chips. So, the box is about 1/2 full of stale potato chips and pretzels. Anyway--here is the funny story. There is a new girl, Michelle, who has been working with me for about a month. Yesterday one of the other student workers noticed a stale bag of chips, so she tossed them in my big box of chips. Michelle asked her about it--and then Michelle said, "Oh, I thought that was just a box of chips for Emily to snack on when she gets hungry since she's pregnant."

Really, if you could see just how big this box is, and about the 50 bags of chips in it, it would make you laugh. I laughed so hard when I found out--for the past month she thought that was my personal stash. If I were her, I would think, "That's not very good nutrition for the baby." I wonder how many people walk by my desk and see that box and think the same thing...

HA!
