When you put your hand on floor, turn your right hand counter clockwise so that the fingers are facing your left hand.
Ask a spectator to put his right hand on the floor. He will naturally put his down normally.
Start turning your hand clockwise, and ask him to try. He will find it impossible.

aslo you can have a empty soda can under your arm pit to make a cracking sound or a penut or walnut in your mouth. you can also tie fishing line around you arm to make it look like it really twisted.
