I thought "motor dolphin" took the cake for randomest random English I'd seen for a while.

There's a new record holder in town.

My IEI exchange student, Satou Tomoko, has a really spectacular T-shirt with COMPLETELY random English all over it. It's one of those things that might make sense if you could just find the right combination of drugs to take to put you in the head of whoever wrote it. I keep trying to memorize it because of its sheer WTF value, but the words are sufficiently not-quite-connected that I can't wrap my head around it and keep it inside. I'm going to have to ask her if I can write down what that shirt says before she leaves. ^^;;;;

Taking drugs in order to try to comprehend it seems to be the approximate procedure advocated by the shirt itself, in fact; it mentions joints and smoking in a couple of disconnected locations.

I think I remember the phrase "coon joint." COON?!

I'd have guessed they were going for "cool" and missed except for the fact that that's a long ways apart on the keyboard. On the other hand, after smoking a few coon joints, maybe that's as close as it gets... ^_^;;;;
