Yeah, but Ikuhara makes up for it with... personality...
I swear he went crazy after making 5 or 6 seasons of Sailor Moon (well, at least he had the joy of killing them off every season...) and then we got Utena. Wooo.

That says everything. Actually, I was disappointed Akio got so little screen time in the movie, but it made up for it with the Nanami cow appearance in that scandolous video! The Nanami Christian Dior Cowboy episode is the best episode ever!! Although the one where Tsubaki says, "If she turns into a cow again, I will..." and the curry episodes are pretty good too. ^O^
