Well, if you count up the Jyuunishi that appear in the series, you'll notice we've only see 11 (and this includes Kyou). The missing 2 are the Horse and the Rooster.

The Horse is the 3rd female - Souma Rin, who is about Hatsuharu's age more or less. She's very gothic and moody, and actually dated Hatsuharu at one time.

The Rooster seems to be this guy named Kurenai (at least other Jyuunishi have called him the rooster) who hangs out with Akito a lot in later manga volumes, but as of volume 10 the guy has not been hugged by a girl, so it's impossible to tell for sure.
