The neck-licking pigeons would like to state, for the record, that they felt their input was informative and useful in the "confirm vs. no-confirm" debate.

That being said, here's the original poem, as best I can remember it at 5:00am:

Surfing with the Fridge (Prose)

Pigeons cannot lick their own necks. This rarely appears to impede them.
Gone are the days when whelks could sing.
Be fearful of crimping shears.
Root vegetables, be free.
I sob openly.
Ta-ta.

Some additional information: I did NOT make this up. It was found by bakadeshi as a random text file lying around in the root directory of Creatures(!!) I actually cheated and searched the web to get it right this time around. :) I believe I posted it randomly when I wanted to fill some space in an otherwise worthless post, and Dena reacted so strongly that I had to bring the pigeons back from time to time. :)
